Taxes

Taxes are included in the final price quoted.

Dates

We prefer a minimum of 1 month notice for favors, but if you’re short on time, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help!

Scent Choice

One scent per 30 candles can be chosen with a maximum of 6 different scents. We are happy to make recommendations based on popularity, but you get the final say! We are more than happy to schedule a meeting where you can check out all of our available scents to choose from.

Minimum Order

We have a minimum $100 order for favors. Depending on the size candle you choose will dictate how many you would need to order.

Pricing

Pricing depends on size of candles and total ordered. We offer increasing percentage discounts based on bulk ordered. For more information, please reach out to us at rightnowcandleco@gmail.com. We’d be happy to send you a current price sheet!

Custom Labels

We would love to create a custom label for your event! We have options available that we can share or bring us your ideas!

Deposit

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your date which will go towards the final balance. Final Balance is due 2 weeks prior to event due to the custom nature of the favors.

Pick Up

Your order will need to be picked up in Kingston, IL unless prior arrangements are made.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect all orders immediately and contact us at rightnowcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
