Fundraiser Terms and Conditions:
Taxes
We pay all taxes due on fundraising events so you don’t have to worry about it! It comes out of our profits, not your commission!
Dates
Reach out to us so we can plan dates that will work for both of our schedules. Typically, we encourage about 2 weeks of selling time and need up to 2 weeks afterwards to fill orders. Fall and Holiday seasons generally are best since it’s such a popular time for candles, but Spring events such as Mother’s Day can also be a great time!
Scent Choice
Up to 6 scents can be chosen to offer. We are happy to recommend our best sellers in hopes of having your fundraiser be the most successful possible! Of course, you have final say on which scents you would like to offer.
Minimum Order
We require a minimum of 25 candles sold for a fundraiser. If less than 25 candles are sold, the organization has the option of paying retail price or cancelling their order.
Profit for your Group
Send us an email at rightnowcandleco@gmail.com along with your location and we would be more than happy to send you our current terms. You can expect right around 25% of sales for your group!
Pick Up/Delivery/Shipping
Your order will need to be picked up in Kingston, IL unless over 100 candles are sold. If your group sells more than 100 candles and you are within a 50 mile radius, we will deliver at no charge. If you are outside of 50 miles, your order will need to either be picked up or shipped at your expense.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us at rightnowcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
